TK Services, Inc. is seeking a professional Administrative Specialist to join their dynamic team at our corporate office in Torrance, CA.  The Administrative Specialist primary duties are assisting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables with posting payments/invoices, preparing deposits and uploading invoices on our electronic FileBound system. The Administrative Specialist will also be a back-up to the receptionist by answering company phones using the Nextiva phone system.

Job Description

  • Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable with data entry
  • General administrative and office clerical support
  • Back-up to the receptionist on phones by screening and directing calls, taking and relaying messages, transferring calls within the company, provide information to callers, etc.
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Receive, sort and deliver mail
  • Maintain office neat and organized at all times.
  • Perform miscellaneous related duties as required and assigned

Education and Experience Desired

  • High school diploma required
  • Good administrative, data entry and clerical skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers and relevant software applications. (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, 10 key)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
