Sonsray is seeking a professional Warranty Coordinator to join their dynamic team at our corporate office in Torrance, CA. The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for recording, and submitting warranty claims to the factory for our CASE dealerships in 13 locations within CA, NV, WA, and OR. This position reports directly to the Director of Product Support.

Job Description: 

  • Process warranty claims on a timely manner.
  • Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation is supported.
  • Data Transcription/Job Bill Coding.
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
  • Appeal all rejected claims promptly or obtain management’s authorization to write them off.
  • Follow-up on payment of outstanding claims.
  • Track warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement, and date on which part may be disposed.
  • Coordinate with Parts department to ship warranty parts to the factory or to be scrapped.
  • File and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor.
  • Follow up with the Service and Parts Departments for all 13 locations within CA, NV, WA, and OR regarding short paid and denied claims.
  • Complete regular audits to ensure we are complying with CASE manufacturer and Sonsray Machinery Dealer Group policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, true passion and understanding of the industry, along with strong customer service and active listening abilities.

 

  • 3+ years’ of dealership warranty experience required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Great technical computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel/Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP)
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish plus, but not required
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Great email communication skills and etiquette.
